I conduct policy research and advocacy in both English and Chinese. I focus primarily on rule of law, criminal justice and conditions of confinement. My work is geographically centered on China, the US and the California Bay Area. I often contribute policy material for the Dui Hua Foundation, a US-China human rights organization.
